Bed bugs and have a newborn

I'm so pissed. My building has been dealing with a bed bug issue for going on a year now and the landlord refuses to do a heat treatment. The only thing the exterminator is doing is spraying... Well hello idiot u can't spray eggs. I'm so annoyed because I have a newborn. My lease is up in December and I haven't found anything else yet but it's like do I renew my lease or move because regardless they can possibly follow me wherever I go. Ugh I can't believe I'm going through this horror.
