So I just had my first iud inserted today. I went to my gyn's office yesterday because I had been bleeding on and off for three months with the mini pill. It was really irregular and sometimes I had just three days in between bleeding. She said I can either stay on the pill for another three monts or try the iud. I didn't exactly want it in the first place I was just tired of bleeding all the time and unexpectedly. She would t let me back on the combo pills since they found out I have a genetic disorder that puts me at a higher risk for blood clots. She wanted me to get it in the next few days since I was bleeding so I got it in today. Holy cow did it hurt! I started swearing when the arms unfolded. Since I got it in the next day i really didn't have a lot of time to ask questions or research. This is kind of embarrassing but will I be able to orgasm without cramping up? Also is it normal to feel pain in my cervix area?
