Tubal ligation but wanting a baby??

I had a tubal done 7 years ago after my daughter was born. Since then I have been divorced and remarried and he wants a baby. What options are out there? Is there any way without having to go the route of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>?

I had one of those done after my son was born in 2005. Biggest mistake of my life. I'm now married to my best friend, my soulmate (first marriage ever) he has no kids and I want to give him a baby. The only way I know how to go about this is having a reversal done.
