After our first chemical pregnancy, we are hoping to try again soon. Has anyone upped their folic acid/folate supplements after a MC? If yes, are you using folic acid OR folate?
We were told to take it in addition to prenatal vitamins but are trying to figure out if we should pick folic acid or folate supplements. Any suggestions...
