How soon is too soon to say the L word?

Hey all you eve lovelies, 
My names Jillian and I'm 19 years old. I recently began seeing a new man and I've been feeling those feelings already. We've been together less than a month, but we spend a ton of time together every day since we live five doors down from each other in the dorm we stay in at college. We also sleep together every night and have been intimate since almost the beginning of the relationship. This is my first real relationship, (I had a longer one sophomore year of highschool, but I'm not really counting that as I was so young then) and I have no idea if I'm being to hasty with telling him that I think I love him.

If anyone has any advice or similar situations I'd love to hear them and how they worked out.

I waited for my bf to tell me first, which was 6 months in to the relationship. I think you should wait because I think you're just in the "honeymoon" phase and you're just excited over this new and exciting relationship, which is also great! But wait for both of your feelings to develop a little more first:)

I knew I was in love with my boyfriend very quickly- however, I waited almost 9 months for him to say it! I didn't say the words until he did because I didn't want to make him uncomfortable. But he was very aware of how I felt about him, as I would always say "well, you know how I feel about you." Depends on the guy, I think. If you think he could handle it then go for it, then again if you'd be hurt if he didn't say it back, don't go for it. Sometimes it takes guys longer to really be comfortable with saying their feelings out loud.
