Need a way to track sex on calender

I love eve. I can whip it out when I go to my DR's appointments, (I have A LOT as I go to The Mayo Clinic as I'm a complex medical case😉) and it's so easy to let them know when my last period was. Side note: I don't have any fertility issues, they just ask as a way to monitor my health. What I would LOVE to have is a way to mark on the calendar what days I had sex. I finally got my divorce to go through in end of Aug after leaving my abusive drug addicted ex husband over a year and a half ago. I hadn't had sex in over a year with him before I left and I waited until the divorce was final before I started dating (no judgement on anyone else, I wanted time to be alone and single). I recently started seeing a guy a little over 2 weeks now and we had sex on the third date (tonight was the fifth date). I wasn't able to get into my GYN soon enough to get on something and I am allergic to latex so finding lambskin condoms is a bit of a hunt and my online order hasn't come yet. Long story short we did the pull out method but the last 2 times, including tonight, he didn't pull out. The first time I took plan b, but I don't have the $50 again for this time and I only today got in to my GYN and got the deprovera shot which isn't effective for seven days she said. I wasn't pregnant today, so didn't get pregnant on the withdrawal method, but last 2 times he came in me were today and Sun. So...now I'm really needing a way to keep track of the dates because I need to know if in case I am pregnant. Also I went today being that I read you could get the copper IUD put in up to five days after unprotected sex to avoid a pregnancy, but my GYN said that is not the case and she said it wouldn't prevent a pregnancy only add complications and risks and that you have to 100%not be pregnant to get it put in so since there is still a chance I could be pregnant she said she couldn't place it. So I have to wait until my missed period or 14days after I had unprotected sex which in my case is 14 days from sun and now again 14 days from today! I can't keep track!
