excessive sweating (again)

I am a 13 year old girl and I have posted on this before about 2 months ago; so I have hyperhidrosis I think and I have had for around a year I think. I got a very strong deoderent (i'll put a photo) and I still get sweat patches! I honestly don't know what to do, and i'm confused why I have this! It's so embarrasing and makes me self concious, and once the sweat patches were so big i had to buy a new shirt! Any suggestions of what to do next? Thanks so much
