Pain after pooping

So I tried to search google but came up with nothing. Does anyone ever get pain/aches near their possible spleen or kidney after pooping? It's so embarrassing to talk about but it's happened a few times. It's almost so bad I have to sit down, and when I do sit down, the pain seems to go away.
