Urgent question spotting!

Okay so I had spotting at 7 weeks I'm 8 weeks now. I went to the er and they gave me an ultrasound and I have bleeding In between the placenta and my uterus. They told me I was at high risk of losing my baby. Is there anyone out there that this has happend to and had a healthy baby??
