Symptoms are all gone 😫

I woke up this morning and POOF my symptoms are gone. I'm only 8w3d and have had very mild symptoms here and there the whole time but have pretty much always had really sensitive nipples and such, but this morning, nothing. I'm praying my symptoms come back so I stop freaking out. This every happen to anyone?? Prayers please, I can't go through another miscarriage 😣😞
