I ditched the stitch today!

For those blessed with working cervixes, that statement refers to having my cerclage removed today.

It was quite uncomfortable, the Dr was having a hard time seeing enough to cut the suture. But, I was able to practice my breathing and relaxing, and he got an extra set of hands and was able to clip it finally!

He then proceeded to do a cervix check which felt like nothing after taking the stitch out. My cervix was 1/2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. So excited baby could come at any time#
