I hooked up with this guy, and I have a couple of questions...

1) he said he came and I felt his penis "pulsing" inside me but he didn't actually ejaculate - is this actually possible, or did he fake his orgasm?

2) the condom came off inside me, so should I be worried about getting a plan B despite the fact that he didn't ejaculate and my period is due any day?
