BFP @8dpo on 25miu? say what?!!!

I'm still wondering how on earth I got a BFP on a 25miu test at 8dpo? 25miu usually gives you a positive test closer to your AF due date. I'm thinking if maybe I'm pregnant with twins ? I know it's sounds crazy but I'm shocked. Any insights?
