confused

Every time I have sex I make sure condoms are used. I know that's good protection and I just don't want to get pregnant yet but I always stress out afterwards thinking I will get pregnant. I don't use the pill because of religious reason so what ways can I calm myself and reassure that I'm not pregnant if I use the condom?
