need advice on relationship!!!

So this guy I met like 4 months ago, have been talking everyday and we've made out a few times. I like him and I do want a relationship with him but he's a total fuck boy. Like absolutely. And we've become really close but haven't done anything. He says he really likes me but because I know he's a fuck boy I don't know if I can trust him based on the stories I've heard and he wants to go on a date and even tho we have gone on unofficial dates and I do want a relationship I don't wanna get into anything when we're gonna part ways in a few months. Should I go for it or just continue being friends?
