Hunger pains or something else?

Question

I am now 7 weeks pregnant with Twins and I constantly have what I describe as horrible hunger pains. It doesn't ever go away. It drives me crazy and I can't handle it anymore!! 
Anyone else know what I am trying to describe? Feeling like no one understands :(

Just eat enough. Try to eat nuts, dryed plums, apples, oranges.... so that you've always something to eat. It could also be streching pains from your uterus. Just rest as many as possible.

I'm 7w1d and not had a scan yet... but am going through the exact same thing, no sooner have I eaten I am starving again. It's driving me crazy because I end up feeling bloated and gassy and suffering with heartburn too, but still starving! Xxx
