too soon ?

So I have this guy friend who is like so into me mind you I'm almost 15 w pregnant but he doesn't care one bit and insists on us talking , I only hold back because I think it's weird for him to be into me while I'm pregnant with another mans child although me and him are not together. Sometimes I just worry it won't be a good look on me to be dating while I'm pregnant
