please don't judge

I had genital warts in college, about 2 years ago. I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I have one bump in my private parts just like before. Could pregnancy cause genital warts to come back? Also, if you have experience telling a partner that you have an STD, I'd really appreciate the advice. I am terrified to tell my boyfriend but I think I should tell him today. Thanks.
