Got sent to L&D

Yesterday, I had my appointment as usual. Went in and my doctor was in a super good mood. Way happy. He got out the measuring tape to measure me, and made a look and said "you feel that?"

I was having a contraction. I told him yeah, that they'd been coming every 10 minutes or so with lower back pain and cramping. He asked me some of the usual questions, and then got the doppler to listen to the heartbeat. His eyes got wide and he said "AGAIN?!" And sent me straight to labor and delivery.

Hours pass and I've been seen and they see I'm having contractions.. I don't want to have the baby, they don't want me to have the baby. The. Pain. Was. Unbearable. But I'm closed, long, and never dilated between checks. I didn't want any strong drugs that could affect the baby so they gave me some kind of muscle relaxer. Didn't really hit till I got home, but now, 9 hours later, I'm up and baby has still not moved, the pain is back, and I'm having contractions again.

What do yall think? Should I go back in, call, or just wait and see if he will move by tonight? I still feel some of the effects of the pills, so he could just be asleep, but I don't know. I didn't go through this with my first.
