swollen, numb, tingly hands

I wake up multiple times a night to swollen, numb hands. Feels like I slept funny on my arm but I'm sleeping normally. I have to massage my hand to get feeling back.  Well today it's been happening all day. My hands hand no feeling in them. Swollen and white.... left a message for my Dr and she said to go check my blood pressure. I did and it's fine. I'm worried something is wrong and they are not
