how to handle this?

So I met this guy online like three years ago. We were really close for like a year and then stopped talking because we fell into relationships. (We never met in person) so anyway this year we met like 3 months ago now that we're single and have hung out about 4-5 times since, it's always very casual, but over text it can become sexual. He's very sweet and we like the same things so I have feelings for him. He told me he went out with the girl named Dawn and they hit it off and went to a concert together last night. I love the band and he has been talking about it for months and seemed like he wanted me to go, then out of nowhere this chick Dawn pops up and I just feel really unsettled. He's admitted feelings for me in the past but has never acted on them, I don't know how I should handle this.
