8 weeks 2 days just wiped and had very very faint blood

I am pregnant with my rainbow baby. I miscarried last time in July, had a DNC in August and had 1 menstrual cycle and got pregnant. I was 5 weeks when I miscarried last time. I am due to go to the doc on Nov 2nd for a checkup. I am so nervous this is happening again. I have had no pains, cramps, or anything just normal pregnancy symptoms. If it gets worse I will obviously call my doc sooner then my appointment on Wed. Has this happened to anyone?!
