Pg symptoms vs af symptoms

Im losing my mind lol why do they have to be so similar?? I am slightly nauseated, so, so tired, slight cramping, I feel like I have super smell, did I mention I'm exhausted? Haha The only thing that I find super odd is I always always have a terrible back ache that nothing will touch a week before AF... I'm due on the 1st and nothing. 11dpo today and a bfn but that's not unusual... For whatever reason it takes me forever to get my bfps. Hoping this is it!
