All day sickness:(

I haven't eaten a solid meal since Tuesday the 25th I am absolutely miserable can't keep nothing down when I throw up its yellow and has a bad taste. This is a bit tmi but I'm so dehydrated my pee looks like I've taken azo. I wish Monday would hurry up so I can call my Dr to see if he wants me to go to the er or just prescribe me some medication I'm starting to feel slightly better so hopefully this a good sign. I'm 13 weeks today.
