orgasm at 17 weeks pregnant

Hi ladies, I am just curious if having an orgasm can possibly cause a miscarriage. I am a first time mom and I worry pretty much about everything. In the beginning of my pregnancy up until 13 weeks I had on and off spotting and my doctor recommended no sex. I haven't had any bleeding since. I am still cramping from 2 hours ago and I have no spotting. I'm just wondering if any of you ladies have any ideas on if it's bad or not.
