Hormonal imbalance

Has anyone ever experienced hormonal imbalance? I am purposely not on birth control because i wanted my hormones to take their natural course and level out from having a child (2 now) and the effects of birth control. Since then i have been experiencing lack of sex drive, painful intercourse (sometimes), memory loss,  unexplained weight gain/bloating, acne, UTIs when i do everything the doctor told me to do to avoid them and YIs almost after every cycle. Idk what to do anymore. Im tired of UTIs and YI i feel gross. Looking for someone with same issues or similar experiences. 😫🤔
