Should I go back natural?

So since about May I've slowly been going my dramatic and eye catching with my hair color. I work at a call center so there's no limitations with what I can do. It's even helped me get into modeling. As of late my boyfriend has been hinting that I should dye my hair a natural color. I think it's because when he and I first met and started dating my hair was a brown to blonde ombré.  Now don't get me wrong he loves my colorful hair and calls me his majestic mermaid queen. There is a small part of me that wonders if I should go back to my natural boring brown. I would love you ladies thoughts and opinions.
