help!!!!!!

I been a kik stressed lately because I been taking care of my niece and nephew which have been bad since I got them  anyways getting to the point a couple hours ago I been having pain on the top of my uterus lining. And I went to the bathroom cause I had to pee at first I thought the three dots of red blood  was from my butt cause I bleed there here there prolly hemroids anyways o decided to check my vigina and it was from there. It was very light I'm serious it was three dots  idk what to make of it. But anyways I just got home and I checked again and it like a light brown now but still having uterus pain I'm thinking about going to the er cause I'm worried cause I had a chemical miscarriage before I'm 10 weeks 5 days now Is this normal or should I go in please  help
