So i need some advice.

Last Saturday i started bleeding dark red blood and i went to the ER and was diagnosed with a subchronic hemmorage. Yesterday (Friday) i had a fever that spiked to 101.5. I took tylenol a couple times and was feeling better after i slept it off. Well tonight i started bleeding again and it was dark brown blood. Do you think this is from my hemmorage? Should i be concerned that i had a fever then bleeding? What should i do? I was told not to go back to the ER for bleeding but to go to my OBG. Advice anyone?
