Any suggestions

So my husband and I have been trying to have a baby. I have had 2 miscarriages in the last 2 years. My periods are usually normal until now. I am 4 days late I'm nauseous, having pains in my back, sore breast and a little discharge, and I have been peeing like crazy which are all sings of early pregnancy but I have taken 2 test and both showed up negative. Idk what I'd going on? Can somebody help?
