advice...

Went to the doc Friday, thought my water had broke and have been having contractions. Doc said I was 90% effaced, he could feel the baby's head and that I'm only 1cm. After that I started to lose my mucus plug and still have been having contractions. They have been 7-10 min apart, some less. The contractions are getting stronger but don't seem to really be getting closer. I know you aren't suppose to go to the hospital until they are like 5 min apart for an hour. I'm scheduled to be induced on Wednesday, but really don't want to. Any suggestions on what I should do?
