what, if anything in your diet upsets your newborn's stomach?

Really fussy baby today, just shy of 3 weeks. He of course could just be having a day, but I couldn't help but wonder if it was something I ate. Has anyone noticed certain foods that bother your little one?

My LO tolerates everything I eat.

7 weeks PP and everything I eat that is healthy tends to upset my baby. But if I eat hotdogs we are fine lol

Yes unfortunately. I absolutely love garlic and I notice that it would upset her from time to time. I never stopped eating it just ate it less to help her body get adjusted to it. Same with spicy foods- I didn't stop eating it just less and worked it in up.

I've noticed my baby is more fussy with broccoli and coffee (makes him spit up a lot and the caffeine makes him stay up at night if I drink it too late)!

And cabbage. I ate frozen mini veggie egg rolls last night for dinner and she was up all night with gas. Checked the box this morning after I suspected these were the issue and the first ingredient was cabbage 🙄 Note to self check labels BEFORE eating!!
