No baby

I have been trying to conceive for a year now, my period was almost a whole month late, I was emotional my nipples hurt and I was cramping horrible, we thought we were pregnant but today AF came. tried preseed, always exploring new positions and  staying decently healthy. Seems like I've tried almost everything and nothing is working. Advice??
