freaked out...

I have my first appointment with a gynecologist tomorrow.. I'm sixteen and I was fine about it before but now I just don't know if I'm ready.. just thinking about it is making me severely uncomfortable and I'm having so much anxiety about it that I can't sleep.. I want to cancel but I'm afraid my mom won't understand and she'll just get mad. I don't know what to do and I'm just really scared.
