Advice/Fertility Tips

I'm 28 and have been casually trying for a little over a year. By casual I mean not stressing over ttc to where it upsets me. I feel like it shouldn't be this hard for someone my age and I'm in good shape/health. Although my periods are not regular I have used ovulation tests and still cannot conceive. I didn't think it would take me this long. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! 😊
