How do you ride ? Am I just supposed to go up and down or ... ?  & any tips for driving my man crazyyyy 😶😶

I commented this somewhere else but everyone does it different! Don't be embarrassed. 
Me personally, I kind of swing my hips back and forth, it feels AMAZING for the girl! Hold onto his chest for balance if it is easier and just rock your body back and forth. You can also kind of crouch or squat onto him. So your knees aren't on the bed they are like up?? I'm not good at explaining! And than just squat up and down! Hold onto his shoulders or the bed head X
