pregnancy? early miscarriage? freaking out over here!!!

Hey, so I've been having nausea stomach pains, some back pains, and some bleeding even though I'm not on my period and won't be for another week. Today there happened to be a lot of blood in my underwear and I know I'm DEFINITELY not on my period. I had unprotected sex a couple weeks ago so if I was pregnant I wouldn't be far along. But I've also seen I follow a lot of the symptoms of a miscarriage. My family has a history of infertility and issues with getting pregnant, and I've also been using boric acid tablets to control my ph balance. Does anyone have any idea if this could be a miscarriage or pregnancy, or am I just getting freaked out about the possibility?
