cold in 3 month old?

It's been one week since my LO got a cold. How do I get rid of it??  We have the humidifier on and Vicks baby rub on the feet with socks on. He's breastfed I give him vitamin d. Don't know what else I should do. How are u guys dressing him up at night?  I don't sawaddle him anymore so how do I keep him warm?

Please watch your little ones for RSV, if your aren't familiar (as I wasn't for a FTM) Google the symptoms. My son started with cold symptoms snotty nose, a cough and sneezing that progressively got worse. He started to wheez, and his chest started to contract into his ribs and his respirations where very fast. He was in the PICU for 4 days on oxygen. I'm trying to spread awareness because I felt so nieve that I didn't know about RSV. For the congestion doctors have recommended sucking boogers out with a nose Frieda it's seriously the best with saline spray. Also they said close the door in the bathroom and turn on the hot shower and just sit in the steam with your baby for 10 minutes or so. A humidifier in the room helps Too. If you take your baby to the doctor they may do a deep suction where they stick a smaller catheter down your babies nostrils and suck it all up with a machine, my son had this done numerous times in the hospital I can't imagine how uncomfortable but he's much better afterwards. I hope your baby gets better soon, this all happened for my son the day after his 3 month birthday (which was last week) :(.
