Just went for a check up. When I got home, this is what happened. I'm 80% effaced and 2cm dialated. Any insight would help.

That is not your mucus plug. That's blood. I'd call your dr. Mucus plug looks like clear or yellowish greenish snot. Could be a bloody show but I heard you bleed after getting cervix checked.
