Can taking antibiotics weaken your chances of getting pregnant?? I'm in my fertile window right now day 2, so I'm just wondering

I'm on them too, flagyl,  hard to start just as I ovulated, er doctor said it was fine and would be out of my body before implantation or anything would happen.
