opinion needed please-IUI this Thursday

So my husband and I have an IUI this coming Thursday. We thought that it was going to be on Wednesday so we BD yesterday. You can't have intercourse for at least 2 days but no more than 4. IUI is at 830 in the morning. I'm wondering if we need to BD then today or if yesterday was just fine. I want his motility to be at it's highest.
