WARNING TMI! Need insight!!

So, found out I'm pregnant, I would be about 4 weeks. Well my period is due around this time and I'm experiencing cramping and light pink blood when I wipe and in my panties it's like a dark brown resish like old blood. Has anyone ever experienced implantation bleeding like this?

Has anyone experienced this and the pregnancy turn out to be okay? I need insight! I had a MMC 2 months ago and need hope that I won't have another one.
