Extreme PMS

Hello ladies… has anyone ever had some extreme PMS a week or so before AF? I'm currently having excessive bloating, constipation, and sore boobs with slight color change. And I feel like an emotional roller coaster. I'm a virgin, but had a shower scare. and I've also taken a test just to make sure and it was negative.
