IUD and anxiety

I got the IUD in March and ever since then I've had severe anxiety problems. Is there any correlation between the two? The anxiety has gotten worse. I booked a flight today to see my so in Germany in January and then I cancelled because I had a sever panic attack about flying....which hasn't been a problem for me until I got the IUD
