With my first son I started early &&I was dilated to a 1 cm at 35 weeks then give birth to him at 39 weeks , it depends on your body i believe

Whenever i drank it last pregnancy braxton hicks would start and i could feel my uterus working...and this is what its suppose to do. Its suppose to tone it. Well my labour was 3 hours...so id say pretty sucessful
