Hi! so i wanted to ask about periods and comstipation and how they go together. for the past two weeks i've  even having stomach pains, feeling backed up, and the only thing that makes me going #2 is liquid laxatives toy mix in your drinks. or coffee, but i'm trying to stay away from caffeine. i'm always paranoid and have major anxiety levels and always think something is worse than it might be. can anyone help or give adivce. the only systems i have is constipation, and it feels like someone is playing king my stomach from the inside out. help
