Loose when urinating?

I have been constipated for the past 3 days and now that I'm finally able to go, it's as soft as diarrhea. (Sorry for the tmi, I'm a ftm & confused). But I've had alot of pressure when I pee and its been kind of hard to pee but still going 20 times a day. Now, it feels as though when I urinate it is so loose coming out like it's wider? Idk how to explain it because ive never felt it be that loose coming out. I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow and just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them?
