Sad 😒

Idk if I can say anything to her about it, but I'm really sad watching my SIL with her baby girl. She rarely lets other people hold her, but will lay her across her lap or over her shoulder and be focusing on video games or facebook while mindlessly patting the baby. She doesn't even seem to notice when she's holding her daughter that the poor baby's head isn't supported and is flopping back and forth because she's too young to control it well. 😰 It stresses me out but I'm younger than her and I don't know how to talk to her about it without it sounding like I think she's a bad mom. I know she loves her baby girl, but I'm worried that something might happen to the baby. Idk. Might be overstepping my boundaries even caring...
