honestly I almost lost it

So me and boyfriend were in the shower together , and he gets out before me . I placed my phone on the counter in the bathroom before I entered . When I get out my phones just not there , not anywhere in the bathroom . So I walk and ask " where's my phone " and he's all " I don't know " so 20 minutes goes by and I'm still looking everywhere . Then I tell him get up and help me look since its just gone and no where to be found . So he looks for a little bit and then basically he's like oh I think it's under the couch . All the way underneath the whole couch and he somehow knew that . I literally am so mad right now because I knew he took it and he still won't admit it . On top of that I have he opened it and I know because I had new messages and no notifications on my lock screen 😐😐😐 I literally want to make him leave my house and just keep mysdistakce for awhile . Sorry this was long any advice ? Please
