Exercise during pregnancy??
Do any of yall actually exercise 😂😂 I mean I know some probably do if you did before ect. I really want to, I use to exercise in moderation before becoming pregnant but since I got pregnant I completely let myself go because I was so tired all the time. I'm not tired much now but I have been having issues when I walk or lay down ect...I tried looking it up because I don't know what it is (ftm) when I walk my hip or something hurts but it hurts more when I step down..it doesn't run up my leg more like the joints or bones connected to my leg thigh and pelvis hurt... that's pelvic girdle pain,correct or no?
Because of how I've been feeling emotionally, I just want to look better...I've been thinking of going for walks or maybe even squats but not so sure about the squats. My legs are getting flabby 🙃 like I have no muscle..and I've become so self conscious, my s.o always points it out 😧
Any advice, please?
